Good to know
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep your number and forward calls to Ansorly: all the time, after hours only, or only when you don't answer. You can change it from your phone in seconds.
Will callers know it's an AI?
Ansorly speaks naturally and introduces itself with the name you choose. If a caller asks whether they are talking to a person, it tells them it's the company's AI assistant. Where the law requires it, it can also say so at the start of every call.
What if it can't help a caller?
It puts the call through to your mobile during your hours, or takes a detailed message and alerts you. Questions it couldn't answer show up on your dashboard, and once you answer them, it knows next time.
